Bissell

1) Oil's Well is making a comeback on downloadable title.
2) Forza Motorsport 3 is currently in development at Turn 10 and aiming for a spring/summer 2009 release.

Also, I will reject inquiries for print interviews/features/whatever because I don't think there is any reason my little blog (on the internet) should be on dead trees.

UPDATE: I did not intend the above be an environmental statement (even though I admit it came out that way) so much as I intended to snub the practice of certain old media that focuses exclusively on technology. There was a writer for a magazine that wanted to interview me for an interview that likely would not see the light of day until December, when the focus of the magazine is technology, I think it is a bit ironic and annoying that it takes so long for a story to see the light. I'm a fan of timely information dissemination and the technology and gaming publications predominantly are published on a monthly basis and I do not view that very timely. I won't reject inquiries for print interviews/features/whatever so long as they are public within a timespan of two weeks and published online consecutively with their print release and do not require registration of any sort to view the online counterpart.

Comment Moderation

I've had to enable comment moderation as it seems that most of the people who are commenting were either spamming or engaging in common, fallacious banality rather than contributing anything actually substantive.

Contribute to the conversation and I promise you will not get lost in the shuffle.

And there is an email address at the bottom of the page where you can get in contact.

I respond to ten things I've been emailed.

all of these have been edited for grammar and whatnot
1) A picture of a man using a lawnmower overlayed with the words "coming to theaters and consoles 2009."
How would Lawnmower Man: The Game work? There are better ways to spend your time in Photoshop.
2) "Do you know anything about the forthcoming game The Wheelman? I am a man who finds Vin Diesel to be a good actor and I am not gay or anything."
No, and what relevance does the second sentence pose?
3) "Where the hell do you get a blog title like "Surfer Girl Reviews Star Wars" from?"
The inspiration for the blog name comes from a Latvian tour guide who was on some sort of hallucinogenic and spoke random phrases.
4) "You never reviewed Star Wars, what did you think of Star Wars?"
Boring. A step down from a classic like American Graffiti. George did science fiction much better with THX 1138.
5) "Lordi"
What the hell is that? That is just a word, not a communication of an idea. If you noticed what softrockhallelujah was a reference to and thought I liked them, no I do not. I just thought it was moderately humorous and ironic.
6) "Are you a lesbian? :0)"
No, but if you are, I wish you the best of luck in life.
7) "Hello, I am Art, I am from Russia."
That's fantastic, are you still feuding with Paul?
8) "What is your email?"
Oh dear....I can't believe you actually asked that question.
9) "Who are you?"
I am surfer girl.
10) "You fascinate me."
Thank you.
